Yvonne has been a media geek her whole life. Watching re-runs of "Saved by the Bell" and discussing the ridiculousness of the black smoke from "Lost" made up her adolescent years. TV, movies, and books helped her escape the bubble that is "the O.C." suburbs.
Not wanting to stray too far from home (or the sun), she attended UC San Diego to study communication, while learning about healthcare and environmental studies on the side. She then flew across the country to get her Master's degree in Applied Research at Boston University's College of Communication.
Life has come full circle, as Yvonne is now based out of Orange County. She is always on the lookout for good stories to tell through film and opportunities that utilize her skill set to advance issues she cares about.
In her free time, Yvonne enjoys reading a good book, watching cute cat videos, traveling, and engaging in food challenges.
